 Nelly Bell, the highland cow, was inspired by cherished childhood stories told to Heather and her brother by their grandfather. Painted in Heather’s signature finger-painted style with rich, luxurious oil pigment sticks, Nelly Bell embodies the playful spirit of those bedtime tales featuring her and her best friend, Tweety Bird. Nelly Bell and Tweety bird were always getting into mischievous adventures together.

This painting comes in a gorgeous, ornate, black glossy frame (as shown in the photo).
