It all started years ago...

When I was pregnant with my son, Brenden, I wanted to create something special for my husband, so I enlarged my son’s ultrasound images, created an aesthetic composition and then painted them in oil. The process was spontaneous and the result was a beautiful image that captured the emotion and sentimentality that I had as an expectant mother.

I gave my husband the painting for Father’s Day, and he too loved it! We hung the painting in our home, and it generated a huge response from our friends and family, with many of them wanting one of their child, so my business was created to fill this demand.

I have been successful for the past twenty seven years in my business, and I look forward to continuing to provide every mother the opportunity to capture the magnificent moment of seeing her child for the first time as a unique and beautiful painting.

What is an Ultrasound Painting?

Ultrasound paintings are custom paintings of your baby's ultrasound image of choice created in beautiful oil paints to last a lifetime.

Each painting is unique and custom, with your preference of colors, designs, and styling!

Ultrasound Paintings make beautiful heirlooms for expecting parents, spouses or grandparents, or for you to have as a reminder of the incredible gift of life.

How does the commission process work?

Every painting starts with a consultation with me to design your custom ultrasound painting.

You will provide the ultrasound image of your choice and decide on your color scheme, the other details, or special notes to make it personalized for your baby.

And if you're not sure where to start, I'll be right there to guide you through the process!

What sizes and options are available?

Common and custom dimensions are offered, with framed or unframed choices to suit nurseries, living spaces, or gallery walls.

The two most common sizes that are commissioned are 8x10 and 11x14, with some clients choosing a larger 18x24 to fit their space.

What materials do you use?

All originals are created with oils and pigment sticks, often finger‑painted to add unique, playful texture and rich color.

Once completed, each painting comes framed and matted, with the highest quality framing materials and art glass to protect your painting against UV damage and fading over time. Standard canvas styles are also available if you prefer!
