Heather Tapia will take your favorite photo, whether that be of your Children or loved ones at Sports or doing what they love or of yourself or your friends or pets, whatever it is that is near and dear to you and turn it into a custom, Mixed Media Oil Painting.

Heather combines her love of black and white photography to preserve the initial image and then paints directly over it to bring the piece to life as a colorful, vibrant Oil painting painted with gorgeous Pigment Sticks.  Each painting is framed to match your decor, and each image is made to your color specifications.

Upon placing your order, Heather will contact you to go over your image selection, color pallet for the painting and framing selection.

Each piece comes framed with the Highest Quality framing materials and special Art glass to protect against UV damage and fading over time.  The shipping is included inside the US.

Filling Your World with Color, Life & Joy

Through vibrant color, texture, pattern and storytelling, I create art inspired by family, home, memory, growth, beauty and the experiences that make us feel alive.

I love taking recognizable subjects and interpreting them through unexpected color, expressive details, texture and symbolism. Sometimes the result is whimsical. Sometimes it is deeply personal. Sometimes it is simply beautiful.

But my hope is always the same: to create artwork that makes you feel something and brings more color, life and joy into your world.
